Shipping info

As the reflex ball is a small package, it travels fast. We estimate a shipping time of 1-2 weeks to your location!

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to every country and have a total of six different fulfillment centers: in the United States, Spain, Germany, France, Australia, and China. After you ordered, it takes us 2-3 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. Shipping is also based on your location: please expect atleast 15 days after order processing to receive your package depending on your location and shipping option. If we lack of inventory at a fulfillment center near your location, we will ship your order form our main fulfillment center in China where we stock a large quantity. Please note that if your order is shipped from China the shipping time will extend with 5-10 days also depending on your location.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can email us anytime and we will track your order for you.

Return

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Wrong address

It's the responsiblity of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrent shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.

Lost or stolen package

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
