What is the use of this boxing reflex ball?

Training with our reflex ball improves your reflexes, accuracy and eye hand coordination. It provides you of a "simulated fight workout", which you can do anywhere and anytime. 

It's not as easy as it looks right? How do you get the hang of it?

When using it of course you’re not gonna get the hang of it at first. But practice makes perfect. Start slow one punch at a time to get used to the balls movements, then as you practice more you’ll get used to the balls movements and will start connecting more punches. 

Do you have to wear boxing gloves or can you just use your fist?

The choice is yours, it can be used with both gloves and bare fists, although we do recommend beginners to start off wearing gloves as it's easier to keep control of the ball.

Is the headband adjustable?

The headband as well as the string are adjustable to fit all head shapes and meet difficulty standards for all users.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
 
We ship to each and every country and shipping is free if your order is above 29 USD. If your order is under $29 shipping costs variate from $2-$5 depending on your location.
 
I have placed an order, when will it be shipped?
 
Order processing time is between 3-6 business days and is used to check your order for quality assurance, packing, printing of shipping labels, and forwarding it to our shipping company for dispatch. Once an order has been processed, it will then be shipped out, and a tracking number will be made available to you.

Packages that are Unclaimed/Rejected/Returned

All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 30-50% of an item's value if that happens. So please do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order.

Do you accept returns if an item does not fit or I don't like it?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please do drop us an email within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not charge any types of restocking or handling fees, however, please note that buyers are responsible to pay for the return shipping/postage costs and we will not be able to reimburse these costs.
